Exciting developments are underway in Antwerp as plans for a circular food hub near the bustling harbour take shape, promising significant regional impact in sustainability efforts. Among the key contributors is Bart Van Droogenbroeck, an expert from ILVO (Instituut voor Landbouw, Visserij- en Voedingsonderzoek), known for his expertise in bio-economy, biomass upcycling, and agrifood innovation. His valuable insights and experience are set to play a crucial role in driving this promising initiative forward.
